Part time applicants will also be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing internal notifications of potential claims and risk issues
  • Investigating matter files and liaising with fee earners and senior stakeholders
  • Managing professional indemnity claims, including liaison with insurers and external advisers
  • Overseeing and responding to formal client complaints within regulatory timeframes
  • Acting as a point of contact for regulators such as the Legal Ombudsman and SRA where required
  • Maintaining accurate registers and schedules of live claims and complaints
  • Supporting management reporting, training, and risk awareness across the firm
  • Assisting with insurance renewals, including preparing claims and exposure summaries
  • Supporting responses to DSARs and other regulatory information requests
  • Advising on debt matters where conduct or risk issues arise

The firm offers a collaborative, flexible working environment, with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, professional development, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer or risk professional looking to specialise further within law firm risk and compliance.
