The Role:
They are seeking a Patent Litigation Associate (2-4 PQE) to join their renowned team. This position offers exposure to a full range of patent disputes, including infringement and validity actions, SPCs, entitlement issues, and multi-jurisdictional matters. A significant aspect of the role will involve work under the Unified Patent Court (UPC), where the firm is increasingly active and recognised as a leader.
You will collaborate closely with partners on complex, high-value cases and contribute to strategic decision-making for global litigation projects. The role provides the opportunity for meaningful client engagement and business development involvement in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What They’re Looking For:
* 2-4 years’ PQE in patent litigation within a top-tier IP practice
* Experience advising on complex disputes across life sciences or technology sectors
* Genuine interest and/or experience in UPC proceedings and cross-border work is a plus
* Excellent academic credentials; a technical/scientific background advantageous
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, partner-led setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset
