The Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced contentious restructuring and insolvency lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded practice. The role will involve advising creditors, insolvency practitioners, and corporates on complex disputes and insolvency-related litigation, as well as playing a key part in business development initiatives to grow the London practice.
What They’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in contentious restructuring and insolvency matters
- Qualified solicitor at Legal Director, Senior Associate or Partner level
- Proven ability to engage in business development and client relationship management
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Existing client following or established network desirable
