Join a top tier Law Firm, seeking a Conflicts Advisor to join their Risk & Compliance team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced conflicts professional to step into an advisory role, and act as a trusted advisor to the Risk and Compliance team and wider Firm on all conflict-related queries, applying expert knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex and high-risk conflict queries and escalations, confidently liaising with Partners, lawyers, and senior stakeholders, and escalating to COLP where necessary.
  • Support broader conflicts activity, including lateral hire processes, new joiner onboarding, and wider group initiatives.
  • Drive enhancements to conflicts workflows, systems, and service delivery, while ensuring team workload is effectively managed, deadlines are met, and outputs remain high quality.
  • Identify team training needs and support delivery, while also collaborating across Risk & Compliance and the wider firm to improve efficiency, contribute to strategic initiatives, build strong internal/external networks, and provide shared out-of-hours support for urgent matters.
  • Act as a senior role model and key escalation point for Junior Conflicts Analysts, providing hands-on training, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to support both technical capability and professional development.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in a Conflicts role in a Law Firm
  • Knowledge in researching, analysing and providing tailored solutions to conflicts issues.
  • Advanced Intapp experience
