The Role

The role involves advising on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both employers and senior executives across a range of industries. Work will cover advisory mandates, employee relations, investigations, and dispute resolution, often with a cross-sector and high-profile element.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Strong experience in both contentious and advisory work
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
  • Background from a recognised employment law practice
