An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Technology Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join the top ranked Technology practice of a Top 50 London law firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a rare chance to join a market-recognised practice that advises an impressive client base ranging from innovative technology businesses and high-growth companies through to established multinational organisations operating across a broad range of sectors.
The team is seeking a lawyer with strong experience advising on non-contentious commercial technology matters, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) regulation and governance
- Technology and digital transformation projects
- AdTech and online advertising matters
- Consumer law and consumer-facing digital products
- Data, privacy and regulatory compliance issues
- Commercial contracts relating to technology products and services
The successful individual will work closely with leading technology partners on a varied and intellectually stimulating workload at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments affecting the technology sector.
Requirements
- Qualified Commercial Technology solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
- Strong non-contentious commercial technology experience gained within a highly regarded law firm
- Experience advising on AI, regulatory, AdTech and consumer law matters
- Excellent drafting, technical and stakeholder management skills
