The Role
You will join a highly regarded capital markets derivatives team, advising on a broad range of derivative products, structured transactions and related regulatory matters. The role will involve acting for major financial institutions, corporates and other sophisticated market participants on both domestic and cross-border deals. It is an excellent opportunity to develop niche technical expertise whilst working on market-leading mandates.
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in derivatives or structured products
- Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with ISDA documentation
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships, with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Commitment to developing specialist knowledge in a dynamic and complex practice area
