A highly specialised litigation and investigations firm is seeking to add an associate to its leading disputes team. The practice is recognised for its expertise in civil fraud, asset recovery, and complex commercial litigation, regularly acting on high-value, multi-jurisdictional cases. You will join a collaborative and dynamic team that partners with a diverse client base, including corporations, financial institutions, sovereign entities, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role:

The incoming associate will work on a broad range of civil fraud and commercial litigation matters. This will include involvement in complex claims arising from allegations of fraud, asset tracing, and obtaining interim remedies such as freezing orders. The role also offers exposure to strategic advice, case management and cross-border coordination, with an opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and high-profile disputes in the market.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales as well as strong academics
  • 1PQE+ with a strong background in commercial litigation and civil fraud
  • Experience within a highly regarded practice recognised by legal industry boards/leading international law firms.
  • Experience in civil fraud or asset tracing is highly advantageous
  • Excellent case management, drafting and advocacy skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a collaborative team
