Lucy is an experienced legal operations consultant and former in-house lawyer. She has an established reputation as a personable and pragmatic advisor, understanding the needs of both legal teams and their counterparts in the business.
Lucy’s most recent role was providing legal operations transformation support to both clients and internally at KPMG UK, and prior to that, she gained significant experience as a senior in-house lawyer across various industries and businesses.
John Bennett

John has more than two decades of experience in leading and transforming legal teams in some of the world’s largest financial institutions. A pragmatic and commercially focused leader experienced in providing strategic advice to boards and executive committees, he has a proven track record in building and transforming high performing teams and offers a unique blend of operational and legal skills and experience.
John’s previous role was Director of Legal and COO, Legal & Regulatory at Santander UK. Prior to that, John was General Counsel at Bank of Ireland.
