Georgia’s testimonials

General Counsel and Company Secretary | New Look

“Georgia is always available for honest advice. She understood the brief easily and our company culture very quickly which led to excellent candidates being presented. The Taylor Root team made it really easy – I never found them overbearing, they communicated exactly in the right way and manner and felt like an extension of our own resourcing team.”

Nicola Lucas

COO | Board Intelligence

“We engaged Taylor Root for the search of our Head of Legal as they came highly recommended. We were looking for someone who brought a commercial, entrepreneurial approach to their work, and who would work with us to propel the business forwards. From initial instruction to the accepted offer, Georgia was brilliant and delivered a shortlist of candidates well matched to our business requirements and culture. I would absolutely recommend Taylor Root and use Georgia again.”

Emma Priestley

Non-Executive Director | IRIS Audio

“Georgia provided fabulous support for IRIS Audio in recruiting our first in-house lawyer. This was such an important hire for a rapidly growing business and making sure we found someone who would be a great fit with a small team was essential. It is challenging to get really great candidates, when hiring at a relatively early stage of their careers. Georgia understood exactly what we were looking for, helped us rapidly assess the market and quickly put together a very credible short list for us. We needed to move very fast but could not afford to make anything other than a great hire. We are absolutely delighted with the candidate we chose and I have been happy to recommend Georgia to others who might be struggling to find stand-out talent for their teams”

Mark Chambers

General Counsel | Chief of Legal Services and Compliance

“Georgia is a very professional, approachable and personable legal recruiter. Georgia understands the client’s requirements and business needs to find the best-suited candidates. Georgia supported me on my recent career move by understanding my career aspirations and motivations and helping to find the best-suited role. Georgia is great at maintaining and building relations and post placement regularly checked to ensure I was embedding well within the new organisation. I would like to work with Georgia again and would pleasantly recommend her to anyone on either side for the recruitment process. She goes above and beyond and her understanding of the legal industry is evident and is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend her!”
