The Role
You will join a market-leading white collar defence and investigations team, working on sophisticated, high-profile and often cross-border matters. The work will include advising corporates, financial institutions and senior stakeholders on issues such as bribery and corruption, money laundering, sanctions, fraud and other financial crime risks. This will involve providing regulatory advice, supporting internal investigations, and advising on remediation and compliance frameworks. The matters you will be involved in are regularly multijurisdictional, requiring collaboration with colleagues and counsel in different regions.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3-6 years’ PQE from a leading City or international firm
  • Strong background in white collar crime, corporate crime, investigations or regulatory work
  • Experience advising on sanctions, AML, anti-bribery and corruption, compliance frameworks or corporate due diligence
  • Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently with senior client stakeholders, providing clear and commercially focused advice
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
