Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is a global technology solutions business who are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its award-winning legal team in London.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will support global operations and advise on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on negotiating complex B2B contracts with customers and suppliers. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and gain exposure to areas such as data protection, intellectual property, and corporate law.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE and experience drafting contracts within the technology or software sector, or in IP/data licensing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, international tech business and contribute to a high-performing legal function.
