The Role
This opportunity is for an ambitious associate to join a well-established Real Estate Finance team advising both lenders and borrowers on complex investment and development transactions. Work typically involves advising on syndicated loans, mezzanine and structured financings, cross-border real estate transactions and refinancing of high-value property portfolios. You will gain exposure to sophisticated deals, work closely with senior colleagues and contribute directly to client relationship management. The position offers top of market remuneration and an attractive bonus scheme.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-5 years’ PQE as a Banking & Finance or Real Estate Finance lawyer.
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating facility and security documentation.
- Sound understanding of LMA real estate finance standards.
- Commercial awareness and ability to advise on structured and high-value transactions.
- Comfortable managing multiple matters and liaising directly with clients.
- Excellent academics and attention to detail.
- Collegiate approach with enthusiasm for business development initiatives.
