The Role
This opportunity sits within the Projects team in London, which advises on a diverse range of major infrastructure, energy, and technology-led projects. The successful candidate will be involved in drafting and negotiating key project and commercial agreements, from early-stage development and financing through to construction and operation. The team works on both UK and international matters, offering exposure to high-value, strategically significant transactions.
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience within a reputable projects or energy practice
- A solid grounding in project development and commercial contracts
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage client relationships effectively and work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Interest in innovative, sustainability-driven infrastructure and energy matters
