Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Reporting to: Senior Legal Manager
Location: Luxembourg
Role Purpose
This role supports the Legal team in ensuring strong corporate governance, compliance, and efficient legal operations. The position focuses on corporate housekeeping, document preparation, contract management, compliance support, and administrative coordination. The role operates under the guidance of a senior team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate corporate housekeeping for assigned entities
- Assist in preparing corporate documentation (e.g., resolutions, minutes, proxies, trade register filings, internal registers)
- Manage and maintain the contract management system
- Support compliance-related activities, including AML, KYC, transparency requirements, and UBO documentation
- Contribute to legal tech and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative and organizational support (e.g., document execution, certifications, apostilles, project support)
Experience & Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (paralegal / legal assistant / corporate services)
- Exposure to corporate housekeeping and governance processes is preferred
- General understanding of corporate law and regulatory developments
- Experience with legal tools and systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Relevant legal training or education is advantageous
