This role oversees workers compensation claims, insurance placement, loss analysis, and contract review across a multinational footprint. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage total cost of risk and ensure alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead oversight of U.S. workers compensation claims (litigated and non-litigated)
  • Manage RMIS systems and produce quarterly loss reports and benchmarking
  • Review insurance provisions in contracts and guide internal stakeholders
  • Support global insurance placement, renewal submissions, and actuarial analysis
  • Analyze loss trends and develop mitigation strategies across divisions
  • Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams on property, liability, and auto claims
  • Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and risk budgeting

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years in corporate risk, underwriting, or brokerage
  • Strong experience in workers compensation claims and RMIS platforms
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Industry designations (ARM, CPCU, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) are a plus
  • Background in manufacturing claims or loss prevention preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
