IPO Paralegal – Shanghai
Top-Tier IPO team of this leading international law firm is seeking a Paralegal to be based in their Shanghai office. If you are a Paralegal with 1-3 years experience in ECM, IPOs based in Shaingai or willing to relocate to Shanghai, this could be an excellent career move for you.
Working alongside well regarded and experienced Partner and Associates you will be actively involved on a range of high quality cross boarder IPO transactions.
You will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in ECM/ IPO transactions gained within a well- recognized law firm (International or Local).
- Expertise in drafting for IPOs and due diligence would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised law school
- Strong candidates with varied qualification can be considered for a future track and the opportunity for future promotion
