A well-established national law firm is seeking an Employment Law Partner to join its growing office in Leamington Spa. This is a key leadership opportunity to head up the Employment, HR & Immigration offering within the local market while working as part of a highly regarded national team.

The successful candidate will lead and develop an established team, oversee a varied caseload of complex employment matters and play a central role in strengthening existing client relationships. There is a strong platform of work already in place, alongside significant scope to grow the practice further through strategic business development, cross-referrals and market engagement. The role will suit an experienced employment lawyer with strong leadership credentials, commercial awareness and a proven ability to attract and retain clients.
