Employment & Litigation Counsel | London based

Are you ready to move beyond pure employment law and into a truly international, business-facing legal role?

We’re partnering with a global technology leader to appoint a senior level Employment & Litigation Counsel into its highly regarded international legal team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a sophisticated in-house legal function supporting stakeholders across the UK, Ireland and wider EMEA, with exposure to a broad mix of employment, litigation, compliance, regulatory and consumer matters.

You’ll act as a trusted adviser to senior business leaders, HR and commercial stakeholders, providing practical, strategic legal advice on complex workplace issues, disputes, investigations and regulatory matters. The role also offers the chance to contribute to global legal, compliance and AI-driven transformation projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Employment lawyer with approximately 8-15 PQE
  • Strong business judgement and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience gained in-house and/or within a leading law firm
  • Litigation exposure beneficial, but not essential
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a senior advisory capacity
  • Commercially minded with the confidence to influence senior leaders

Why consider this opportunity?

  • Broad and varied legal remit beyond employment law
  • Significant autonomy and visibility
  • Highly collaborative international legal team
  • Exposure to complex, cross-border matters
  • Opportunity to become a recognised employment law lead across EMEA
  • Direct interaction with senior global legal leadership
  • Market-leading technology business with an exceptional culture

This role would suit an experienced mid-level employment lawyer looking to step into a broader strategic position, or an experienced in-house counsel seeking greater international exposure and influence.
