The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Disrepair Solicitor to join the firm’s highly regarded Housing Management team. Acting for registered providers and social landlords, you will manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims, advising on litigation strategy, liability, quantum and settlement opportunities.

Working as part of a specialist national team, you will handle a broad range of disrepair matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the team’s continued growth.

What They’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent – NQ-7 PQE
  • Experience handling housing disrepair claims is essential
  • Experience acting for registered providers, social landlords or local authorities
  • Strong litigation, drafting and case management skills
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
