Corporate Lawyer – Elite Firm – Caymans
We have been briefed on a very exciting opportunity at a leading international firm who are looking to expand their Corporate team in the Cayman Islands.
The role offers exposure to some of the most sophisticated cross-border corporate work in the market, including M&A, private equity investments, capital markets transactions, IPOs, take-privates, SPACs and broader corporate advisory matters. You’ll be advising international corporates, investment banks and financial sponsors on complex, high-value transactions with a genuinely global reach.
Qualified lawyers from recognised jurisdictions (Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Wales, Channel Islands and South Africa) with at least 5 years PQE in the Corporate team at a reputable firm will be considered for the role. The role will offer a competitive tax-free salary and benefits package which will include a lucrative relocation bonus.
