🚀 Interim Commercial Paralegal
📍 London/Cambridge | Full-time office based | Initial 3-month interim contract (day rate)
I’m working with a fast-growing organisation operating at the cutting edge of the defence and aerospace technology sector, looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its legal team on an initial 3-month interim basis.
You’ll be:
- 📑 Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts and NDAs
- 📝 Supporting the development of legal templates and playbooks
- 🤝 Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- 🚀 Helping shape the legal function as the business scales
What we’re looking for:
- Law degree
- 2-3+ years’ paralegal experience
- Strong supplier/commercial contracts experience
- Exposure to Company Secretarial matters
- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
