The Role
This position involves advising on a broad spectrum of UK and EU competition issues, including merger control, antitrust investigations, abuse of dominance, and competition litigation. You will work on multi-jurisdictional deals requiring sophisticated regulatory clearance, as well as cutting-edge behavioural mandates. The role offers a combination of transactional support and contentious matters, ensuring a varied and challenging workload.
What They’re Looking For
- 1-4 PQE (UK or EU qualified)
- Solid experience in competition law across merger control, investigations, and/or litigation
- Strong academic background and analytical ability
- Demonstrated experience drafting submissions and liaising with competition authorities
- A proactive and collaborative approach with excellent client-facing skills
- Commitment to working on complex cross-border mandates in a fast-paced environment
