Charlotte currently serves as Chief Commercial Counsel for Marsh & Mercer UK, where she leads the legal function in advising on all commercial and corporate matters across the region. Over the years Charlotte has held a series of senior legal roles at Marsh McLennan and has been instrumental in shaping both the legal function and strategy, overseeing major disputes and supporting the business through acquisitions, changes and growth. Charlotte began her legal career at Pinsent Masons, specialising in commercial litigation before moving in-house.
