Ross Lillyman

Ross has worked at Bank of America for almost 15 years, advising the Global Markets business on all aspects of structured notes issuance. In his current role he heads the EMEA issuance platforms legal team, working with the equities, fixed income, credit and commodities businesses to expand their structured notes platform, with particular focus on growing the retail distribution business and automation of issuance documentation. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ross was an associate at Ashurst LLP, advising the largest US banks on derivatives and structured products.
