Head of AI in Corporate Governance | Dess Digital Meetings
Paul Stark is a board governance and technology practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience in board management and governance technology. His work focuses on AI from two boardroom perspectives: AI as a board responsibility and AI as an emerging technology for boards and governance professionals. He has led research into AI and board effectiveness, contributes to university research programmes, and teaches AI and corporate governance to governance students. He is also a founding member of industry groups focused on AI and board effectiveness.

Governance Leader and AI Governance Specialist | Adam AI
Moya Hayhurst is a governance leader and AI governance specialist with more than 25 years’ experience advising boards and senior executives. Alongside her governance leadership roles, she works with the product development team at adam.ai, helping to develop an AI-native governance solution. She is Chair of the AI Governance Forum and remains actively involved with the Centre for AI in Board Effectiveness, contributing to discussions on the future impact of AI on governance and leadership.

Steve Moulton-Brady
Deputy Company Secretary| Monzo
Steve Moulton-Brady is an experienced governance and company secretarial professional with extensive expertise in corporate governance within financial services. A Chartered Governance Professional, he has held senior company secretarial roles at leading organisations including J.P. Morgan and is currently Deputy Company Secretary at Monzo, where he supports effective board operations. He is passionate about modern governance practices and the evolving role of technology and AI in enhancing organisational effectiveness.
