After starting his professional journey in IT, he realised that working closely with people and helping them navigate important career decisions was where his true passion lay. He transitioned into recruitment and hasn’t looked back since, finding genuine satisfaction in building long-term relationships and delivering successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
