With experience spanning the US and UK legal markets, Teleisha brings a sophisticated understanding of the evolving demands placed on modern legal functions and the leadership capabilities required as businesses grow, transform and navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments.
Having worked in legal recruitment since 2019, her experience across private practice and in-house gives her a broad perspective on the legal talent market and enables her to advise clients on search strategy, talent availability and how to attract high-caliber legal professionals in competitive markets.
Originally from the UK, Teleisha is based in New York and holds a BA from the University of Chichester.
