Mark has been working with law firms and corporations since 1998, initially as a business development manager and a qualified mediator for the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) before stepping into recruitment in 2005. He established the Middle East capability of a specialist legal, compliance, intellectual property and legal operations search firm, then moved to Dubai in 2007 to concentrate on private practice and in-house recruitment. Having grown up in the UAE for 12 years, he brings a personal level of Middle East experience. He joined Taylor Root’s Dubai office in 2010, heading up in-house recruitment across the region.
