As part of a global legal recruitment agency, she partners with a broad range of clients to identify, attract, and secure exceptional lawyers for permanent roles across both private practice and in‑house legal teams in the Midlands.

With strong knowledge of the Birmingham legal landscape, Chloe provides strategic advice on hiring trends, team structures, and long‑term talent planning. Known for her relationship‑driven and consultative approach, she supports clients through tailored search strategies and a significant understanding of the regional legal community.

Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Leeds and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Chloe worked as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in private practice for seven years before moving into legal recruitment in 2015.
