The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join its Birmingham office. The role will focus on advising a mix of corporate and public sector clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal litigation, business reorganisations, TUPE, and strategic HR advisory work. You will also have the opportunity to mentor more junior team members and play an active role in business development initiatives.
