The Role
The firm is seeking a Construction Associate to join its Birmingham-based non-contentious construction team. You will work on a diverse range of major infrastructure and development projects, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and collateral warranties. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-value transactions and to develop client relationships across multiple industries.

- A qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction work
- Strong technical knowledge of standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC) and bespoke agreements
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
