The Role
This role sits within a market-leading Employment practice, advising employers and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Work will include a combination of contentious and non-contentious instructions, employment aspects of corporate transactions, strategic advisory work, and acting on complex disputes involving discrimination and whistleblowing. You will be working alongside recognised partners on high-profile and sensitive mandates.
What They’re Looking For
- UK-qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
- Strong background across contentious and non-contentious work
- Comfortable managing discrimination, whistleblowing, and tribunal matters
- Exposure to corporate transactions and TUPE is beneficial
- Demonstrable ability to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to clients
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
