AI Regulatory Lead – 5+ PQE
Unique opportunity to join a global technology led organisation in a newly created AI legal role focused on emerging technologies, regulation and innovation.
Highly visible position sitting within a specialist legal team working closely with senior stakeholders. Successful candidate will play a key role in helping the organisation navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape while supporting the responsible adoption of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic legal and regulatory advice on emerging technologies
- Advising on regulatory developments and business impact
- Supporting the development of governance and risk management frameworks
- Partnering with legal, compliance, risk, technology and operational senior stakeholders
- Assessing legal and regulatory risks associated with new products, services and initiatives
- Supporting engagement with regulators and external advisers where required
Candidates should have:
- Strong experience in a regulatory, technology, privacy, financial services or related legal discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in a complex and highly regulated environment
- The ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
