The Role

You will join a top-tier Corporate Real Estate team advising major institutional investors, private equity sponsors, operators and real estate-focused funds on high-value, complex transactions. The practice covers the full investment lifecycle, including:

  • Joint ventures and co-investment structures
  • Single asset and large portfolio M&A transactions
  • Cross-border secondary market transactions and recapitalisations
  • Financing, refinancing and restructuring of real estate investments
  • Structuring deals across the hospitality, logistics, residential, retail and mixed-use sectors

This is an opportunity to work on market-leading transactions often involving multiple jurisdictions and innovative deal structures. Associates in the team are given significant responsibility from an early stage and play an active role in transaction execution while enjoying direct client exposure.

What They’re Looking For

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE
  • Strong background in corporate real estate transactions, joint ventures or investment structures
  • Experience advising on private equity or funds-related real estate matters is highly advantageous
  • Strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
  • Confident communicator with commercial awareness and transaction management capability
  • Motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
