With over 20 years of experience in finance and law, she has held senior executive roles at renowned institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan. During her tenure, Pascale led business development initiatives, delivered significant growth and managed global teams to success. Her experience extends to sitting on talent and promotion committees, advisory boards, and other strategic committees.
In her coaching practice, Pascale leverages her extensive corporate insights and specialised coaching training to empower women in navigating the complex corporate landscape. She helps them develop personalised strategies that spark action and enable them to achieve their professional goals.
