SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL – US QUALIFIED LAWYER BASED IN UK (5 YEARS’ PQE+)

I have been exclusively instructed on a fantastic Senior Legal Counsel position with a dynamic and fast paced company based in Central London.

They are a global data and technology-led growth consultancy with a focus on the UK and US jurisdictions.

The business is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel level qualified solicitor in the UK & US who is a pro-active, confident lawyer with strong technical ability to work alongside their brilliant UK General Counsel to manage the day-to-day legal workload and act as legal lead and main point of contact for designated US brands, while also having the opportunity to work with the UK brands on UK legal work.

You will focus on giving a full legal service to these brands who range in size and scope. The role is largely a broad commercial one but also with the added exciting areas of US employment and some M&A work as well as wider projects. This really offers autonomy and elevated learning and allows you to widen your legal skills.

The successful candidate will be a qualified US solicitor who is working and residing in the UK currently. They will have trained in a US law firm or in-house in the USA and have a good level of commercial experience with some in-house experience.

Confident and approachable as a person you will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and develop your legal skills and really relish giving excellent client experience as you partner closely with the different brands.
