Senior Director Contract Management

A global leader in complex infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director Contract Management to shape and lead its enterprise-wide contract management strategy. This role sits at the heart of the business, enabling performance, mitigating risk, and maximizing value across large-scale projects and long-term operations.

You will provide strategic direction, governance, and expert guidance to senior leadership, ensuring contract management excellence across the full project and asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and drive the global Contract Management (CM) strategy

· Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on contractual risks, opportunities, and negotiations

· Ensure effective governance, processes, and best practices across all business areas

· Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed CM organization

· Optimize contract performance across project execution, operations, and commercial activities

· Oversee claims, dispute resolution, and contractual risk mitigation strategies

· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with legal, commercial, and project teams

· Standardize and continuously improve tools, processes, and capabilities

· Foster a strong, performance-driven team culture with clear accountability

About you:

· 20+ years of experience in contract management within large-scale, complex project environments

· Degree or MBA in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline

· Strong expertise in EPCI contracting, claims, negotiation, and subcontract management

· Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

· Broad understanding of commercial, legal, and operational interfaces

· Experience in energy, infrastructure, or comparable industries preferred
