Real Estate Solicitor | Leading Firm (Cayman)

The role offers exposure to a broad mix of high-value real estate and transactional matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals, development projects, real estate finance, leasing, hotel and tourism sector investments, and other complex cross-border transactions. You’ll be advising international investors, developers, lenders and corporate clients on some of the most significant real estate matters in the jurisdiction.

Qualified lawyers from recognised jurisdictions (Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Wales, Channel Islands and South Africa) with at least 5 years PQE in the Real Estate team at a reputable firm will be considered for the role.
