Property Litigation Solicitor – Various levels – 3+ PQE

A leading national commercial law firm is seeking to appoint a Property Litigation lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in either Birmingham or Manchester. The team advises a broad range of clients on complex and high-value property disputes, and the firm is open to considering candidates from circa 3-10 years’ PQE at Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload of contentious real estate matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, development-related issues, possession claims, and wider real estate litigation. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage their own matters, work closely with senior colleagues on more complex disputes, and gain exposure to court proceedings, ADR, mediations and strategic client advisory work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice offering high-quality work, strong client relationships, genuine progression prospects and a supportive, collaborative culture. Lawyers with strong property litigation experience who are looking for the next step in their career are encouraged to get in touch for a confidential discussion.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
