  • Advising on legal risk allocation and mitigation strategies across a range of projects.
  • Supporting contract administration, claims management and dispute resolution processes.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure governance, compliance and change management procedures are robust and effective.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support commercial objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong construction and development experience.
  • Proven transactional experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable managing a varied and fast-moving workload.

Desirable:

  • Experience negotiating complex construction and supply chain contracts, including FIDIC-based agreements.
  • Previous exposure to the data centre, digital infrastructure, telecommunications or other mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience working across multiple European jurisdictions.
