IP/ Trademark – Specialist/ Paralegal (2 Roles)

I have some interesting opportunities for Intellectual Property, Trademark Specialists / Paralegals / IP Assistant (2 roles) who are keen to join a diverse, fast-paced global environment.

You must have:

• 2 to 6 or 10 to 15 years of experience working within Intellectual Property/ Trademark area of a Law firm, IP/ trademark consultancy or in-house
• You will be experienced in handling a range of IP matters: portfolio management, IP protection, Enforcement, trademark, patent, brand protection, IP disputes and related matters.
• You must be a team player, self-motivating, collaborative and energetic with high level of integrity.
• You will be collaborating with trade mark agents around the world, and conducting brand clearance searches supporting senior fees earners in preparing advice and risk analysis.
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite along with written Chinese
