A leading UK law firm is seeking a Client Contracts Lawyer to join its in‑house legal function. This role sits within the firm’s General Counsel’s Office and plays a key role in supporting client engagement by delivering commercially robust, compliant contract solutions.

The role

You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of client-facing agreements, including complex commercial, technology and emerging AI-related contracts.

Working closely with stakeholders across the firm, you’ll provide pragmatic legal advice, help identify and manage risk, and contribute to improving contract processes and governance.

The role offers exposure to high‑value, cross‑firm decision-making and the opportunity to get involved in wider legal, policy and process-improvement projects.

About you

  • Qualified solicitor 3+ PQE with experience in commercial contracts (in‑house or private practice experience welcomed)
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to deliver clear, practical advice
  • Confident managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Interest in legal technology and streamlining contracting processes
