Executive Assistant/ Office Manager
Our client a leading investment management firm is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to be a part of their growing Hong Kong team. This is more than coordination – you will be an extension of the investment team, and play a key role in how investment opportunities are sourced and prioritized. You will have 5+ years of experience working with high caliber teams along with excellent communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are preferred but not essential)
What you will be doing:
- Manage complex calendars and meetings for multiple investment professionals, prioritizing meetings and travel in line with strategic priorities and time sensitivity.
- Manage global conferences, NDRs, and corporate access pipelines end-to-end
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IR teams, and corporates
- Improve workflows using AI tools and smarter process design
- Manage end-to-end travel, logistics, and meeting arrangement, including administrative coordination, managing itineraries, expense processing
You must have:
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate access, EA, or research support within financial services
- Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong judgment, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with external-facing professionalism and persistence
- Excellent communication skills in English is a prerequisite; Mandarin or Cantonese preferred but not essential
