The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment lawyer to join the partnership or director group within the firm’s highly regarded employment practice. You will lead on high-profile matters, manage key client relationships, and play an instrumental role in driving future strategy and growth. The successful individual will be involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters while mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team.
What They’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in employment law, ideally gained at a leading national or international firm
- Strong track record of advising corporate clients on both contentious and advisory matters
- Ability to develop business and deepen client relationships at a strategic level
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and team development experience
- Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to support the growth of the practice
