The Role
The successful candidate will join a busy, high-performing Employment team advising employers and senior individuals on complex employment matters. The workload spans litigation, tribunal and High Court claims, discrimination and whistleblowing cases, team moves, and day-to-day HR advisory work. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile disputes and strategic advisory projects.
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ PQE qualified employment lawyer with solid UK experience
- Experience advising both employers and senior executives
- Strong contentious skills, including tribunal and High Court experience
- Excellent academics and training from a top-tier law firm
- Commercial mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
