We have been briefed on some very exciting Corporate opportunities with leading firms in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

The roles will involve advising on a wide range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, continuations and discontinuations, public equity markets and equity capital raising, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures and corporate governance.
