What They’re Looking For
- 4-6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with insurance sector exposure
- Strong M&A and transactional experience, including cross-border matters
- Familiarity with UK and EU insurance regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage complex transactions and support strategic client relationships
