What They’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with insurance sector exposure
  • Strong M&A and transactional experience, including cross-border matters
  • Familiarity with UK and EU insurance regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and support strategic client relationships
