Brand Protection Formalities Paralegal

This role focuses on supporting a busy international brand protection team by handling trade mark and design formalities across EU, UK, and global jurisdictions. Responsibilities include preparing and filing applications and oppositions with the EUIPO, managing prosecution stages and deadlines, maintaining accurate IP records, and liaising with clients, foreign associates, and trade mark offices. The position also involves reviewing certificates and official documentation, assisting with portfolio management, and responding to day-to-day queries. The ideal candidate will have experience in IP or trade mark formalities, strong knowledge of EUIPO processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and as part of a wider team.
