The Role
You will join a market-leading non-contentious construction team advising developers, funders, and institutional investors on major UK development schemes. Exposure will span high-profile projects, including regeneration developments, mixed-use schemes, and complex infrastructure works.
What They’re Looking For
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE
- Experience advising on non-contentious construction matters and UK real estate development projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, including JCT, FIDIC, NEC, and bespoke forms
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating appointments, warranties, and guarantees
- Commercial approach with excellent communication skills
